On 24 October 2026, Eco-Yap, together with Keningau Palm Oil Mill (KPOM), co-hosted the Program Memperkasa Komuniti Alam Sekitar sempena Hari Alam Sekitar Negara (HASN) 2026 Peringkat Negeri Sabah at Dewan Kampung Magatang, Sook, Keningau.
The programme aimed to raise public awareness of the importance of caring for and protecting the environment. It was officiated by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, Datuk Seri Arthur Joseph Kurup.
The day began with a mass warm-up on the field, followed by a community walk. Appreciation awards were then presented to strategic partners. The programme aimed to strengthen cooperation between the community, government agencies and the private sector, to keep the environment sustainable for generations to come.
